Our site inspections follow a systematic approach to ensure that all access requirements are identified, relevant existing conditions documented, hazards identified, risks assessed and practical solutions identified.
Site inspections include:
Liaison with site staff
Review of existing access systems - (condition, compliance and suitability.)
Review of roofing (condition, type, materials, suitability, structural adequacy)
Review of building structure where applicable (eg structural roof members for support of roof anchors)
Review of site constraints (eg aesthetic considerations, heritage listings)
Survey of building, plant & equipment for production of specifications and drawings.
Site documentation including photos, notes & sketches.
